This project was created with the intention of transferring DISTRIGIZA's purchasing power from official suppliers to end customers through a new medium: DAKONDA.COM. Therefore, we have all the official documentation necessary to prove the originality of our products.

Is it safe to buy on DAKONDA.COM?

Yes, we follow all security protocols; the confidential payment data is transmitted directly and encrypted (SSL) from the user to the corresponding financial entity, therefore, they are not directly processed by Dakonda at any time.

How is the payment process?

Do I have to pay shipping costs if I place an order?

If you buy from Spain, our shipments are free if your order is over €30, in all other cases, the shipping cost will be €5. If you do it from abroad, your shipment will also be free as long as your order exceeds €75.

How long will it take to receive an order?

If you order from Spain, it will take between 24 and 72 hours, if you order from Europe between 2-5 days.

Can I return a product if it doesn't fit me?

Of course. At Dakonda, both shipments and returns are free of charge for the customer, that is, we pay them. You will not have to pay anything. You can buy a product, try it on and if you haven't got the size right, we'll make the change or return for free. What is the return period?

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within a period of 14 calendar days without the need for justification.

How do I manage an exchange or a return?

The fastest way to do this is by sending an email to customerservice@dakonda.com including your name and your order number. As soon as we process your case, we will send you an email with the instructions to follow.

How will I receive the refund amount?

When processing the return through the online store, once approved, you will be credited the amount of the returned garments in the same way in which you made the payment for the order.

The process of returning an order is approximately 7 working days from the date of collection. Once the return has been processed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Depending on the payment method and the bank, the deadlines for viewing the subscription may vary. If it does not appear on your bank statement, we recommend that you contact your bank.

Remember that, if you made the purchase with a credit card, the refund may not appear on your statement until the end of the month, but it will have been added to the credit of the card. Likewise, if the payment was through PayPal, you can check more details from their website.

I have not received my order on time, what could have happened?

Dakonda.com is responsible for all our customers' shipments, tracking them from their departure from the warehouse to delivery at destination. If you have not received your product, we will be processing your incident with the designated transport.
