Shipping costs to any European address will be indicated during the purchase process, always before placing the order.
Once the order has been placed on our website, we will send you an email with the purchase details indicating your order number. Once the order has been processed in our warehouses, we will send you an email advising you of the order's departure from our warehouses.
Deliveries will be made at the address indicated by the TNT parcel agency. If at the time of delivery you are not at the indicated address, the carrier will deposit a receipt indicating how to proceed. It is recommended to add a valid contact form when placing the order to speed up this process.
The products will be delivered to the address indicated by the partner during the ordering process accompanied by the delivery note.
Spain: € 5 - Free on orders over € 30
Rest of the world: € 10
If your order exceeds € 60, the order will always be free.
Term and delivery methods
The delivery period will begin to count from the completion of the order and the receipt by the client of the subsequent confirmation email. It will be 24-72 hours for Peninsular Spain, Portugal and the Balearic Islands and 2-5 days for the rest of Europe.
However, longer delivery times may be indicated for certain products, which will be communicated to you at the time of the purchase process.
(UPDATE) Due to restrictions caused by CO-VID 19, we may not be able to meet delivery times at a specific point. However, the client would be notified in such case.
Timing of delivery and problems
Each delivery is considered to have been made after the product is made available to the customer by the transport company, materialized by the control system used by it.
The delivery of the merchandise will take place at the address designated by the sender, except for the repeated absence of the recipient or that due to its weight, volume or functional characteristics of the property do not allow a normal person to carry out the aforementioned performance, in which case, prior notice is given. It will be carried out at the street door or at the destination SEUR central.
In the absence of the recipient, notice of the delivery attempt will be left, as well as the way to agree on it.
The non-delivery of the transported merchandise due to the absence or refusal of the recipient, deficiency of their data or non-payment of the amounts derived from the shipment carried out, will be the responsibility of the customer requesting the product, who will be obliged to bear, at his own expense, all the expenses of said incidence, including, where appropriate, the deposit costs, the price, the reimbursement premium and other expenses of the shipment of the merchandise produced on its return to origin or subsequent deliveries, and the impact of the corresponding insurance.
It is up to the recipient to check the order at the time of delivery. In the event of delivery problems or if the product is damaged, you must notify the carrier by registered letter explaining the status of the product and its packaging within twenty-four hours after the product is delivered. You must, at the same time, inform us of this through our Customer Service.
You will then be able to enjoy exchange and / or refund conditions for the products.
If within seven days of receiving the goods, you do not file a claim, DAKONDA understands that it has arrived correctly and you are satisfied with the products received and the delivery time.
The term to claim damages to the merchandise derived from the actions of the carrier will be twenty-four hours or in the same act of delivery if the damages are externally appreciable.
From the receipt of your purchase, you have a period of fifteen (15) days from the receipt of your purchase to return the products that do not convince you, due to a matter of taste or size.
The return of the products will give rise to a refund equal to the purchase price of the returned product or products minus shipping costs. The return costs will be borne by DAKONDA.
To expedite the return of an order, the customer must contact DAKONDA via e-mail at customer email@example.com and follow the return instructions. When you complete this process, you will receive a confirmation email that will contain a link to the label that you will need to print and paste to the shipment.
Remember that the products must be returned in their original packaging, in a resale condition, not damaged or stained, complete, accompanied by a copy of the invoice or delivery note.
Lingerie and swimwear, for hygiene reasons, cannot be returned in any case.
The return may not take place in any case if the products supplied were clearly used. In the event that the return is not accepted by the supplier because it is understood that the product whose return is intended had been used, was damaged, stained or incomplete or was not accompanied by an attached element that allows its identification (order number, address, name , copy of the invoice ...), will remain in the distribution warehouse to be collected by the customer for a period not exceeding thirty days from their return.
DAKONDA will send an email informing you of the amount of the refund. The return period will depend on the type of card used when making the purchase and the conditions of the bank.
