Legal Bases of the "Buy Free at Dakonda.com" Contest

1. Organizer:

The organizing entity of this draw is the company DISTRIGIZA 2010 S.L. With NIF: B-49265408 Registered in the Mercantile Registry of Zamora in Volume 255, Folio 192, Sheet ZA-6743, Entry 1. And with Registered Office at Calle Aeronáutica number 6 in Alcorcón, Postal Code 28923 in Madrid.

2. Duration of the Contest:

The contest will take place from 00:01 on October 6, 2024, until 23:59 on October 13, 2024. All orders placed between these dates will automatically participate in the draw.

3. Geographical Scope:

The contest is open to legal residents of all countries where DAKONDA ships.

4. Participants:

All natural persons over 18 years of age who make a purchase through the website www.dakonda.com within the duration of the contest may participate in the contest.

5. Contest Mechanics:

Each purchase made on the website www.dakonda.com during the contest period will be equivalent to one entry in the draw. There is no limit on entries per person, as long as each purchase meets the established requirements.

6. Prize:

One (1) winner will receive a refund of their purchase with a maximum limit of €500. The refund will be made using the same payment method used in the purchase.

7. Selection of the Winner:

The winner will be selected at random through a draw that will be held on October 14, 2024. It will be through the app-sorteos.com or similar platform, through a random draw.

The winners authorize their Instagram or Facebook name to be published on Dakonda's social networks. The winners will be notified by a comment on the photo of the draw. If the winner does not comply with the rules of this draw or cannot be located within the time limits of these rules, the prize that would have corresponded to him/her will be void.

The participant must not include comments that violate or are likely to violate morality, ethics, good taste or decorum, or that infringe, violate or infringe intellectual or industrial property rights, and we must warn you of the consequences and responsibilities that may be incurred if you make illegal or fraudulent use of them. Dakonda will act immediately in the event of a complaint or suspicion that intellectual property rights may be infringed, or in the event of any content that may be considered inappropriate and will proceed to remove it immediately, and may request the permanent blocking of the offending user.

Dakonda declines all responsibility for the consequences that the voluntary, consensual and deliberate display of their comments by the user may have on themselves, their family, friends and/or relatives, or other third parties, or the dissemination or display of the same by them or by third parties, or their reproduction, including on other websites, blogs, social networks or any other medium, support or form of digital or non-digital exploitation, online or offline, given that both the publication of comments or the insertion of illustrations and texts, as well as their disclosure or dissemination to third parties, are completely voluntary, consensual and unsolicited. Therefore, the participant will be directly responsible, holding Dakonda harmless, for any claim, complaint or demand from third parties in relation to the violation or infringement of possible rights that may arise from the texts or materials that a user has published. Any images that do not comply with the “Legal Notice” published on www.dakonda.com or do not comply with these rules will also be discarded. 8. Notification to the Winner:
The winner will be notified by email within five (5) business days following the drawing. If the winner does not respond within seven (7) business days following notification, he/she will lose his/her right to the prize and another winner will be selected. If the new winner(s) also do not respond, Dakonda may declare the prize void.

9. Publicity:

The winner authorizes DAKONDA to use his/her name and image in any promotional activity related to the contest without additional compensation.

10. Data Protection:

The personal data provided by the participants will be treated in accordance with the privacy policy of www.dakonda.com, which is available on the website.

11. Acceptance of the Rules:

The simple participation implies the acceptance of these rules in their entirety, so the manifestation, in the sense of non-acceptance of the same, will imply the exclusion of the participant and, as a consequence of this, Dakonda will be released from the fulfillment of the obligation contracted with said participant. By accepting the prize, the winner assumes all expenses incurred, except those expressly provided for in the prize. In this regard, the winner will be responsible for all taxes incurred or expenses not specifically mentioned in these rules.

12. Intellectual property rights:

Dakonda reserves the right to use the names and images of the lucky participants, as well as of all participants for advertising purposes, in the media it deems appropriate and without the need for explicit notification.
