Are your products original?

So is. Dakonda.com is a project created within DISTRIGIZA 2010. A great leading company in the sector of wholesale high-quality products. This project was created with the intention of transferring DISTRIGIZA's purchasing power from official suppliers to end customers through a new medium: DAKONDA.COM. Therefore, we have all the official documentation necessary to prove the originality of our products.

Is it safe to buy at DAKONDA.COM?

Yes. With the aim of transferring the greatest possible security to our clients, we have enabled the secure payment methods PAYPAL and REDSYS payment gateway from the beginning. Confidential payment data are transmitted directly and encrypted (SSL) from the user to the corresponding financial institution, therefore, they are not directly processed by Dakonda at any time.

Do you have a physical store?

Our store will be located on calle Trueno number 22 in Leganés. It is currently in the process of opening soon. What is your customer service hours?

Currently we can assist you on any of our channels from 10:00 to 15:00.

Do I have to pay shipping costs if I place an order?

No, if you buy from Spain. If you do it from abroad, your shipping will also be free as long as your order exceeds € 60.

How long will it take to receive an order?

If you order from Spain, it will take between 24 and 72 hours, if you order from Europe between 2-3 days.

How can I get in touch with you?

We regret informally that currently due to the extraordinary situation that we are going through due to the health alarm of COVID-19, these deadlines may be unilaterally modified by the transport in question.

Do you ship to my location?

We ship to all of Europe except the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. We are working to be able to send shipments to these sites as soon as possible.

Can I return a product if it does not fit me?

Of course. At Dakonda, both shipments and returns are free of charge for the customer, that is, we pay them. You will not have to pay anything. You can buy a product, try it on and if you are not right with the size, we will make the exchange or return totally free. We are committed to maximum customer satisfaction and we want you to get a full experience when shopping on our website.

What is the return period?

You will have 15 days from when you received the product to make the return. Remember that intimate products cannot be exchanged once opened.

How do I manage an exchange or a return?

The fastest way to do this is by sending an email to atencionalcliente@dakonda.com including your name and the number of your order. As soon as we process your case, we will send you an email with the instructions to follow.

How will I receive the refund amount?

By the same payment method.

I have not received my order on time, what could have happened?

Dakonda.com is responsible for all shipments of our customers, tracking them from leaving the warehouse until delivery at destination. If you have not received your product, we will be processing your incident with the designated transport. However, you can contact us through the email atencionalcliente@dakonda.com or by phone +34 915398381 from 10:00 to 15:00 and we will give you real-time information about your order.
