CARE

• All our boots, slippers and sandals are made with delicate top quality materials. Machine washing or dry cleaning could cause irreparable damage. Check out the UGG Cleaning Kit for tips on how to care for your favorite UGG shoes.
• If the stains are dry, brush your UGG boots or slippers with a suede brush, as this may help remove the stain. If there is any residue or an oily mark under the stain, you should remove it using the UGG cleaning kit.
• The best way to keep your slippers looking spongy is to gently wipe off any marks as soon as possible to prevent them from drying out or leaving a stain. Clean your fluffs with a sponge dampened with clean water, then pat them down with an absorbent towel and let them dry naturally in a cool, airy space.
• Our wool, leather and sheepskin linings help reduce odor naturally. However, if you need a little extra help freshening up your UGG sneakers, sandals and boots, we have some tips. A quick fix to keep your UGG shoes smelling fresh and clean is to apply a drop or two of UGG Shoe Renew. We also recommend regularly airing out your UGG boots or slippers. If your UGG boots or slippers get wet, try stuffing them with newspaper. This naturally eliminates odors and helps them retain their natural shape as they dry.
